The Audible website does not allow under-18s to use their services and asks for credit-card details to verify age and identify the first-time members of Audible, who are also usually offered a free trial period for 30 days. During this trial period they will not be charged. Audible.com has something like 100,000 titles, represented by over 1200 providers. Audible audio files are compatible with a very large number of audio and streaming media devices with different audio formats.
